Open Counter-UAS Evaluation Framework (OCEF) v0.2: Translating MLPerf-Style Reproducibility Discipline to Counter-UAS Test and Evaluation
A six-layer evaluation methodology that translates MLPerf-class reproducibility discipline, MITRE ATLAS adversarial taxonomy, and Sandia 2017 structural rigour into a working harness for civilian and unclassified-defence counter-UAS systems. Draft position paper, internally reviewed.
Provenance-Signed Fusion: A Cryptographic Identity and Transparency Profile for SAPIENT-Class Multi-Sensor Counter-UAS Detection
A cryptographic identity, signing, and transparency-log profile that complements the SAPIENT (BSI Flex 335) open multi-sensor counter-UAS architecture. Edge-only, privacy-preserving by construction, deployable on commodity hardware including cheap-sensor retrofit through ATECC608B-class secure elements.
